Learning Site

Who is it for?

The Foundation Course is for motivated congregation members, small-group leaders, interns or elders from churches in and around the Cardiff area.

We currently have students signed-up from Redeemer Church and Grangetown Baptist Church, with interest from many more.  Contact us to find out more.

Why join the Learning Site?

If you want to understand how the Bible affects your heart change in the context of community and mission to develop a 'gospel instinct' for everyday life, then the Crosslands Foundation Course is for you.

Studying alongside others from churches local to Cardiff, the course is flexible to be studied alongside the commitments of daily life, without sacrificing rigour or theological depth.

Site Leaders:

Dai Hankey (Redeemer Church, Cardiff)

Ian Parry (Grangetown Baptist Church, Cardiff)

Ross Frierson (Redeemer Church, Cardiff)

Dena Frierson - Redeemer Church, Cardiff -

How it works:

You purchase your modules through the Crosslands website, using the discount code provided by the Learning Site Administration team.  This gives you access to the online study materials, videos, exercises and reflections that make up the course content.

Each week individually, you study the core 3 modules.

Fortnightly on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm, Cardiff-based students will gather to discuss their studies and receive live teaching as a group on the 4th module.  (Other groups may be announced soon.)

Female students in Cardiff will also have the chance to study together during the daytime if the fortnightly evening isn't suitable.

Over the year, everyone works through the following 4 modules.  Click the images below to find out more:
