"Grateful for the way this course has helped me"

Owen is an alumnus of the Crosslands seminary-level course.  He ministers at All Saint’s Church on the Wirral (Liverpool, UK) and reflects on his time on the course as follows.

Having completed the first year of Northwest partnership course, I wanted to do more training. I knew that I couldn’t afford to pay to go to college nor were we in a situation to move to college.  I was pointed in the direction of Crosslands by someone who had done the course.

Crosslands is affordable, and suited my situation down to the ground. Learning while still being able to work and provide for the family was great.  The quality of teaching was excellent and both residential and seminar days were very stretching helping me to both learn things and develop in my faith.

Then putting this in practice alongside real life, really was applying what I learnt.  The fellowship and friendships I made were really valuable to me, and I was always greatly encouraged to hear what God was doing in people’s lives and churches. I am really thankful that I have been able to do this course, and grateful for the way it has helped me.

Please join us in praying for Owen as he considers his next steps in life and ministry, alongside his wife Anna and children Miriam and Benjamin.
